Integration to Medicel Integrator research platform
The Medicel Controlware software module can be used as a standalone unit to control one or several Medicel Explorer Units. A much wider level of integration is gained when Controlware is connected to the Medicel Integrator. Medicel Explorer can be used as a “front end” for Medicel Integrator to execute the cell cultivation experiments specifi ed in Medicel Integrator based on the goals of the research project. The technical execution program for the cell cultivation experiment, including sampling and maintenance of biologically relevant growth conditions in the bioreactors, is designed in Medicel Explorer. After the execution of the cultivation program the cell samples are further processed with suitable wet lab methods and the resulting data is stored in the database of Medicel Integrator for further processing and integration.
