Real-time cell count and viability analysis
Medicel Inline Microscope enables the measurement of mammalian and yeast cell count and viability without manual operation. Samples are automatically withdrawn from a cell culture, stained with Trypan blue for viability, incubated, pumped into a flowthrough cuvette and photographed with a high resolution digital camera. Acquired images can be saved or processed automatically with different algorithms.
