Suites can be seen as recommended configurations of software, methods and hardware for particular application areas. They can be used as such or as examples to get started with the Medicel applications.

Suites include ready methods for Experiment and Workflow use. If applicable, the methods can be used by simply giving in the users own raw data and executing the data processing. All methods are also open for viewing and editing of parameters to refine the method to each users specific needs.
