Located at the HALMA office in Bengaluru or Mubai including >50% travel time, the individual will be responsible for Sales and Marketing activities of MEDICEL in India through indirect Sales channels. Having remarkable in-depth experience in ophthalmic surgical business and experience in collaboration with multi-national teams, the individual contributes highly to the success of the MEDICEL portfolio of ophthalmic surgical instruments and IOL injectors.
Your Tasks:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy in India
- Develop existing and generate new sales channels
- Enhance distribution network
- Identify levers and multipliers to secure further growth
- Enhance brand-awareness and sales channel focus
- Represent MEDICEL at national and regional conferences
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years proven success in selling or marketing ophthalmic surgical products
- Degree or long-term experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
- Flexible and ambitious mentality
- Absolute team player
- Will to travel >50%
- High-level communication skills
